LOCAL RECIPES

Florida Recipe: Cornmeal-Fried Florida Gator Tail

One of my all-time favorite Florida recipes, especially if the gator meat is fresh and from a clean local freshwater lake. My mother used to make the best fried gator tail which I'll have to locate that recipe. If you are visiting Florida and have not had a good basket of locally-grown Fried Alligator Tail, you are missing out!
